Privacy
bdaypass is run by HBI Inc. We keep as little as we can.
What members give us
Your email, your birthday month and day (never the year), your name and ZIP code if you give them, the birthday clubs you join, and which national chain clubs you tick off as joined.
What we use it for
To send your confirm email, each club's birthday offer on your birthday, a thank-you from clubs that offer one, and one reminder about national chain freebies before your birthday month. We use your ZIP to show clubs near you. We don't sell your information.
What the clubs you join see
Each business whose club you join can see your name, email, birthday (month and day), ZIP and when you joined, so it can recognize its members. Businesses whose clubs you haven't joined see nothing about you. Leave a club and it stops seeing you.
Your private link
Your bdaypass page has no password; it opens from a private link we email you. Anyone with that link can see it, so don't share it. You can always ask for a new link on the sign-in page.
Stopping and deleting
Your page lets you leave any club, stop all emails, or delete everything we have about you at once. You can also email support@bdaypass.com.
Children
bdaypass is for people 13 and older. We don't knowingly keep information about anyone younger. If you think we have, email us and we'll delete it.
Businesses
If you ask about a birthday club for your business, we keep the details you send so we can contact you about bdaypass. A business that types in paper sign-up cards must have the person's agreement; we email that person to confirm before sending anything else.
